"The location is convenient, the transportation from or to the port and airport is reliable with reasonable local price. Everyone is friendly and communication went well. Last but not least, the day tour provided by the hotel is great, much better than the worldtour we took in Italy Alamfi coast for price and guide. The guide of our tour is great telling us a lot related information. Thank you all very much. "

"From check-in to check-out, our stay was amazing. We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the water which was located underneath the pool area. Staff was very helpful in getting our luggage to our room. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff made us feel like family. Staff suggested we try Greek dishes (spinach pie and sweet flat bread with honey) which did not disappoint. This location is in Fira not Oia but I would recommend staying in this area and taking a taxi to Oia. Fira had a calmer...

"Friendly staff although half way through check in went and dealt with others. Tea/coffee making facilities but no tea/coffee (very odd), just a shower gel and soap bar in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner. There was water in the fridge though and our beds were made each day. Offered a deal on car hire but when we went back it's like we made it up. All this said though when we thought our ferry was cancelled, they happily made calls to get answers. I honestly think we just got the end of...
