"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. "Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel et il était parfait pour l'occasion. Très bon emplacement sur la rue commerçante d'Andorre la vielle, face à un très bon restaurant. L'établissement est refait à neuf avec beaucoup de gout. Certes la taille de la chambre est tout juste ce qui faut et la vue donne sur le mur du bâtiment voisin (si proche qu'on pourrait le toucher) en termes de rapport qualité-prix cet établissement est au top! "

"Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower. Many thanks. Will come again "

"Lo que me gustó fue que estaba situado cerca de la Molina y las comidas eran abundantes. Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y el baño compartido no tenía jabón en las duchas, había el dispensador pero nada dentro. Otro hecho que no me gustó fue que había una señora en la sala de estar sacándole piojos a su hijo. Por lo demás todo bien. "
