"Hotel excelente, atendentes muito simpáticos e prestativos. Hotel recém reformado, está confortável, aconchegante e de muito bom gosto. Quarto confortável, boa cama, tudo novinho. Secador de cabelo potente e novo, de boa marca, chuveiro elétrico com excelente temperatura e abundância de água. Estacionamento espaçoso e seguro, junto ao hotel. Café da manhã excelente, tudo fresquinho, quentinho e bem preparado. "

"The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. "Excelent for the price"

"The only thing this hotel offers is a cheap place to sleep. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely works, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the staff are unhelpful."

"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."
