"Very clean and helpful staff"

"Location is incredible. Hotel staff are super friendly. And the place is cheap as chips. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!!!! 10/10."

"Very nice locatıon , room and breakfast"

"Great place!"

"Owners are lovely and very welcoming. Local area is beautiful, as long as you enjoy hiking in the mountains!"

"The apartment was very nice and clean, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. We visited during the low season, so the area was very peaceful and quiet, which we really enjoyed. There’s a shop just a short walk away and a lovely beach nearby. Just two small suggestions for improvement: a little more attention to the cleaning details would make the stay even better, and providing a bottle of water for arriving guests would be a thoughtful touch, especially for those checking in late at...

"Everything was lovely from the ease of check-in to the fabulous breakfast to the wonderful facility. I would stay here again and longer! "

"Lovely apartment, basic but had everything we needed. Good location, with multiple beaches within 10 minute walk. "

"Excellent location and lovely friendly staff who were extremely helpful both before and during the trip. Breakfast was excellent with different Greek food cooked freshly each morning- also great Greek yogurt! Alcon’s was a little small, but this varied with each apartment. Some ground floor rooms had lovely outdoor seating areas. I would highly recommend staying here."

"It’s a perfect place to stay in a cute, calm area close to the beach with friendly staff and cats "

"Lovely apartments with an ideal central location. Staff were very helpful and polite, would book again. "

"Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bonne petit hôtel familiale avec une hôtellerie à taille humaine. Seul bémol suite a un souci de réservation. Avec expédia, nous avons était délogé dans un autre hôtel à mi sejour. Certes un hotel de qualité supérieur en all inclusive mais le charme et le service d’un hôtel familiale n’y était pas. Dommage. Mais si je dois revenir je choisis de nouveau Oasis hôtel. Mais je reviendrai quàd l’aeroport sera agrandi."

"Clean room, AC worked well and bed was comfy. Close to the port for catching ferry early and walkable to old town. We didn’t have the breakfast as we left too early, but it was available for 10 euro per person "

"Very kind people. Has a nice talk with the owner. Very pleasant and hospital. Beautiful View from the 3rd floor looking at the mountains and part of the sea in the distance. Short walk to the beach. "

"You pay for the price! I mean it's cheaper for a reason the room is very small, the bathroom also! There's no place between the sink toilet or shower..They didn't do the sheets or changed the towels..The area is shady but it's close to the main attractions and downtown. You have to pay 8e for the breakfast... If you want a cheap hotel okay but don't expect big things from it.. Don't think I will come back."

"Benissimo. In realtà mi hanno dirottato in un hotel a 5 stelle associato poco distante riservandomi un trattamento prinipesco. "

"Manolis and his wife are very good hosts. "What can I do to help you?" is frequently asked. Sea view room is lovely. Nice pool with good sunbeds. Room is very comfortable with air con, free wifi and a much appreciated fridge. Lovely sunsets. Good breakfast served 8am to 10am. Cereals, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, cakes, coffee, organge juice etc. Best side of road for beach - avoids very busy road. We took bus from Chania airport direct to Rethymno. Left luggage at bus station for a...

"The Hotel is outside the main city Heraklion but close to it. It is close to a beach. Good money for quality relation."
