"I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "

"トランジットに大変便利です。場所はターミナル2、2階Ｑ搭乗口入り口付近です。 3階に上がればフードコート、2階にもレストラン有り食べ物には困りません。 中は大変清潔で静かです。シャワーとトイレルームが4箇所あり、私の時は待ち時間なく使えました。 ホテル内は禁煙ですが、何度でも外出可能により、すぐそこの喫煙所に行けます。 大判タオル、歯ブラシ等はもらえますが、室内着はないので、手荷物で部屋着を持っていくことをお勧めします。コンセント類も部屋にあります 12時間利用と6時間とプランがありましたが、私は12時間の滞在 夜遅い到着の出発は、昼便だったため入国せずに17時間のトランジットを快適に過ごせました。 また利用します。 "

And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."
