"初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。 アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。"

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. "Room was spacious. Bathroom is a bit cramped but similar to a lot of hotels in Japan. Shower is communal on the first floor. "

"設備は新しくダブルベッド（セミダブルかも）で、道の向かいにはコンビニ、駐車場は停めやすく、平置きコンテナホテルなので隣室の騒音やエレベーター渋滞とは無縁です。 浴室の制約なのかバスタブと便座が少し狭い気がしましたが、そこだけ踏まえれば良いでしょう。 都城駅周辺よりも高速道路のインターチェンジは近いと思います。宮崎市へのアクセスが40分+で可能で、特に宮崎県西部へのアクセスが良いです"
