"AQ minisuite is great and the private "room" is spacious for a hostel, offers a lot of privacy and security at an affordable price. The common area is also very nice and the staff was super helpful. It's an decent location, close to some popular destinations and the streets are very walkable with lots of food options nearby."

"Clean rooms ina quiet hotel. Good location with restaurants and coffee shops in the area. My friends and I stayed twice."

"A cosy nice place with great amenities and in a great location. I appreciate all the amenities provided (rain coat, slippers, tea, cutlery, etc.)"

"Staff spoke very good English and were happy to answer questions. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores all around the hotel. Very good location."

"Very helpful staff and everything you need for a stay in Almaty."

"In decades of staying in hostels around the world, I've never encountered such unfriendly staff. Specifically, the young woman with straight pulled-back hair ignored me; worse, the older short gray haired kitchen woman several times barked at me for opening the communal fridge to put and take out my food. On the third instances, I shouted at her to at least say 'please' (in Russian). I felt self-conscious ever after in the kitchen when she was there. There was no instruction about entry access...

"Great considering the price"

"Lovely hotel with wonderful reception, not the best for shopping or restaurant choice but with lovely rooms and comfortable beds"

"Conveniently located to multiple things in the city"

"출장 목적으로 머물기에 크게 불편 없었으며, 시설 및 서비스 중간 정도로 보입니다."
