"Out stay was from June 13-June 16. We checked in a little after 430pm. We ended in the ER because my 7 year old couldn’t breathe. He needed oxygen and ended up checking out at 11pm same nights (and that’s because we got discharged a little before that). I tried to get a refund for the unused nights and hotels couldn’t do anything because they denied refund. They gave me a credit but it didn’t even include the taxes I paid. "I didn’t realize the check in office was offsite, and not walkable. I was dropped off by a shuttle at the condo building. Luckily a colleague had a car and was able to drive me to pick up my room key. "
