"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"No good, old buiding, rude and sly manager, he lied about the occupancy of the hotel only bevause wanted to cash more money for national holiday in haphong city so wanted me to delete my booking,but i could not because i paid in advance. So he had to confirm my booking. So, he gave me a 4th floor room ,no elevator,very steep.and we didnot argue. Sum up :his attitude was just bad, like a real unpleasant unqualified host can have.
