"Over all mad monkey in phuket was very nice just the outside surrounding is a bit older but we cant avoid that being its location in #phuket which is a beach locstion."

"This is totally Scam please be aware and report them because the property is closed completely when i came at night on 1st Feb 2025 there is no one available at the hotel i waited for 1-2 hours, the phone number is also wrong. So many other people's telling me that this hotel is closed since long and i didn't see someone's there, as well as i found some envelopes also in front of the hotel gate i didn't understood the thai language but i guess some banking envelopes. Then i go to another hotel...

"- I was checked in the first room. The air conditioner was not cold. I walked to inform the receptionist and she walked to check for me. Then let me change to another room, but the other room doesn't have hot water or warm water ,The machine doesn't work. It was very late at that time. So I have to take a cold shower. - The receptionist tried to help me well."

"Sugar Ohana is a simply hotel, very clean and has a very good location, close to Kata Street Market(3-5 minutes walking) and a 10 minutes walking from Kata Beach. I do recommend this hotel for a short trip to Phuket Island!"
