"Great hotel. Good staff. Very clean and well kept. It’s in a less desirable area though. Homeless etc which is the first time I’ve seen that since touring through Japan. But a great location to jump on the nearby train station which was a 7 minute walk. Then a 20 minute train ride to cool spots. This was within walking distance to the tower though. "

"Nicely located, clean, although capsule but almost a feeling of own room - such a design, requested for lower bunk which staff arranged, can lock and leave luggage early with no extra charges - which was a good feature for travellers. Overall good experience"

"This hotel is conveniently located near Shin Osaka station. The room is modern and clean and has the bonus of a kettle, I only stayed one night in transit but found that it exceeded my expectations."
