It is well air-conditioned, but the shower is so basic. If you want to partake in the evening buffet, you need to give them at least 24 hours notice even though hardly anyone shows up. "Very poor service overall. The soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower were empty. We asked every day by WhatsApp and verbally. They never filled them. When asked at checkout again the lady said we lent you cutlery. Don't know what the connection is between lending cutlery and not providing soap. They also charged for parking and when I said there is no indication of parking charges in the Expedia booking she just gave me a volley of loud French. Very poor customer service."

"It was far from everything and the bedding is from the 60's. All our pillows were soooo yellow and old, we couldnt even bring them to life. The mattress is made of foam, hard as a rock and we had many sleepless nights. It was our worst accommodation in France by far (and we stayed in 7 other places )."
