"The room was comfortable and clean. I was most impressed with the reception staff. I had missed bringing an electrical converter with me and went downstairs to ask where I might find one. The reception staff handed me one and just asked that I return it upon checkout. She also ordered an early morning taxi for me, that came on time. Excellent stay. "

"If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca. "This booking was an absolute DISASTER, we contacted the manager 3 days out asking for check in earlier than 1500, they said it was alright, apon arriving, they had changed their answer and said we couldn't check in until 1500 again, then shortly after that with much dead ended communication responded that we may check in. the code provided for the key box was the wrong code for every keybox on the premises, we notified the manager and they sent us a YouTube video giving us directions to another...

"I spent only one night in this hotel, and I was fully satisfied. The location is nice, easy to find, with a close parking space. The reception was very friendly. I had a big and clean room, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and the most important a fairly quiet air conditioner. Only the bathroom had some limitations. But the swimming pool was nice."

"Nightmarish experience. Booked this unit and received the instructions to get the key from a deposit box. There was no key and the unit was occupied. After trying several phone numbers, the person responsible walked out of the next building and claimed he has cancelled the reservation because Expedia won't let him charge a cleaning fee and that he won't be working with Expedia anymore. I received no cancellation notice. During all that my family and I were stranded for an hour on the street...

"We stayed in “Bianca”, a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 2 weeks. Very comfortable and convenient. There was an elevator in the building that was not mentioned in the description! Great location where everything was walking distance and convenient. Highly recommended. "
