"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "Si l'accueil est parfait, tant de la part de la directrice que du personnel l'état général de cet hôtel laisse à désirer: Peinture des fenêtres écaillée et très ancienne, ardoises décollées sur l'auvent, fissures dans le bâtiment, papier de chambre défraichie, moquette au sol tout juste propre. Par contre la nourriture des dîners est remarquable. Le repas à 35 euros et 45 euros avec les vins est de qualité supérieure."

"For the price I had low expectations. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and the air conditioning worked well. Disabled or seniors be aware you will have to carry your bags up stairs (maybe 3 floors)."
