"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt...

" Great stay at Club Belambra Aiguille Rouge. Second visit in 12 weeks as its in a great location. Food has been great on both visits and everything is clean and tidy and good value. Will definitely be visiting again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Rooms were clean and the location is probably the best you can ask for. The only reason not giving it 5 stars is that rooms are a bit small for longer stays, which we had a 7 night stay and toward the end of our stay we felt we needed more space in the room. I would certainly consider staying here for a future ski vacation."

"They were helpful kind and fun to meet They were quite accommodating as I was not sure how long I had to stay due to my friend being in hospital. The room were very comfortable and many plugs and various lights The bathroom were efficient and practical. Loved the marble on the floors and in the bathrooms. Breakfast was a little limited but my hosts warmth and kindness made such a huge positive difference. For sure I will go back there"
