"This is an inexpensive alternative to staying in a motel. It is a university residence so microwave and TV were downstairs in a student lounge and you do have to share a common bathroom/shower down a short hallway but it was clean and it appears there were no other people in the wing where I was staying so privacy or noise were not issues. I didn't need to go to the TV room downstairs thanks to the free WiFi in the room so I just watched my laptop online programs and movies before settling in...

"Our room was in a separate house from the office and owners' living space. Three rooms. Ours was a 4-person room. Two large clean beds. The other rooms were unoccupied during our stay, so it was very peaceful, good for privacy. Polite hotel owners."

"Linda is a very pleasant business owner and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Downtown Bed and Breakfast and would certainly consider staying there again under similar circumstances."
