"What a great find this hostel was. So friendly and helpful before and on arrival. Great room with a KETTLE (Brits will get the importance of this!). I had a single room with en-suite shower room and it was perfect as a base for a short break. I was really surprised to find my room had been serviced in my second day - clean sheets and towels - I’ve never known that in a hostel!"

"Very clean and cozy place. Small kitchen, AC in good order, supermarket around the corner. Yes, it’s a student residence but it was nearly empty and therefore quiet. Close to the museum of natural sciences and beaches (walking distance). Just across the road there is a poor neighborhood (Mina) but it offers excellent food options with Pakistani restaurants, fruit shops, hair salons (cheap and good haircut). A word of caution: Be careful on a beach in Barcelona - there is a lot of stealing. My...

"I would recommend the bathroom sink water taps be shorter in timeframe for staying on and it would be nice to have more coffee cups and glasses in the communal kitchen area. Staff were absolutely excellent and the rooms were very clean and the entire facility very well maintained. I would recommend this hostel highly."

"Great hotel. Really convenient area for seeing the sights and lots of eating areas around. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely lounge and 1st floor garden although too hot for me in August. Offer of free pastries for breakfast but sadly these were a few muffins that were all gone long before the end time for breakfast. Amazing shower although the lack of sound barrier and closeable bathroom door from the bedroom a little bit weird. "

"The hostel was actually very nice. I do want to give a shout out to both Marta and Alex. Marta was outstanding. She was probably the best customer service person I have ran across in a very long time. Alex is just as awesome. There were a few issues though I had asked twice to have the Lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. So that was a problem. The other issue was the Internet. I could not get it to work the entire time I was there. One of the other reception person tried...

"For the price, I thought it was super good! All very close! Easy access! I'm going back, I've already made a new reservation for next month. The bathroom is a little small, for someone who is a little overweight it wouldn't be so interesting. But I liked it a lot, especially for the issue of extras such as the very clean towels freegobar air conditioning, the balcony itself is a love apart! All rustic and the detail of the beautiful Baroque ceiling. I recommend it for sure! Very dear staff!"
