"Esqueceram-se de inserir a minha reserva. Resolveram o assunto mas não sem antes o recepcionista ter de ligar à colega para o ajudar a resolver a situação e ouvir-se completamente tudo dele a mandar vir com a colega. Bastante desagradável para o cliente que apesar de ele ter ido para a copa e nos virar costas, ouvia-se tudo.

"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. The house is a gorgeous restoration—easily one of the most beautiful spaces we've stayed in.
