"Rooms were clean, staff was courteous. Only issue was the key system, they never got it to work with two keys (one would always NOT work from the beginning, for both rooms). Every time we asked to fix one key, it would disable the other…so what was the point in giving us two keys? The other issue is you get what you paid for. There is literally only room to sleep. "Lovely welcome, bar open late. Room and other areas ultraclean. Room very comfortable for one person, but might be a squeeze for 2 people with luggage. Breakfast really good, exactly what was wanted. Very convenient for station, but no train noise -- in fact, no noise at all in my room at the back. I'll go there again. "

"This hotel is in an ideal situation in the centre of Bordeaux, a minute walk to local tram and 5 minute walk to Hotel de Ville tram stop from the airport. The reception is 24 hours. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and happy. My single room was ideal. Very clean modern, with shower unit and always hot water. Room was cleaned every day. All the shopping areas, bars, restaurants are on the doorstep. Very safe and quiet area."

"Small boutique hotel with very friendly feel. Located about 15-20 mins walk from the old town in a quiet area. There's also a tram stop right outside which will take you to old town in 5 mins. Rooms were clean and tidy and the owner/manager was extremely helpful with local information. "
