"The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient. "First of all it was parking menace. And 50% of the time in night there was no light. I asked of AC room by paying extra. AC was also not working. Asked for a refund, the owner was genuine. He said Expedia did not transfer the money, so they cannot refund. "
