"We had an amazing experience and the property manager is hands down the best. The location is off the beaten path, but we loved it! The private lagoon is a short walk down the hill and so amazing. Such a peaceful and beautiful area, definitely a must go if you’re wanting some time away from the city. "

"Upon arrival, after speaking to the front desk attendants, we realized our four paid rooms had been occupied by others. After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning.
