"They made me take a room that was not cleaned. There were hair in the bed and under the sheets when I checked in. There is no wifi. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. And the lady at reception was upset that I was asking for these things. There was hair stuck in the shower drain too which she cleaned when I asked but as for the sheets on the bed, she said I ca cancel my reservation and leave!! "Room 1: The sink in the bathroom was loose. Curtains in the room was a little bit broken and difficult to close. No lift to the fourth floor. Room 2: No window except one facing the passway outside the rooms. The aircon machine sounded like an airpump in a fish tank all night. "
