"I booked but never made it to stay at the hotel. I had asked about an airport to the hotel by messaging but Bonnie replied. The arrival would have been around 1230am. Over a period of a week I messaged but nothing came from it. When tried to claim insurance x cover don’t want to do anything and spoke to Expedia and they said it was too late even though the booking was still live and I was trying to get something back from it. The terrace has an amazing view and is perfect for breakfast in the morning or to get something to drink in the evening. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
