"We booked this hotel for two nights but ended up leaving after the first night because we did not feel comfortable staying. Unfortunately, we were not offered a refund for the unused night.

"We arrived and there was no one at the desk. After a few minutes and using the lobby phone someone finally showed up. When we got to the room there was a dirty rag on the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom and the bath mat was dirty. There was hair in the tub. The bed was decent and honestly for the price, we got what we paid for, but never in my life has there never been toilet paper in a hotel room."

"Cockroach in the bathroom was off putting. Sheets and pillowcases were in need of replacing, they had lots of pills and short pulls on them. You can tell it’s an older property. Exterior is well maintained and looked nice. Breakfast was ok, but the volume of signs saying you couldn’t take food out of the breakfast area was annoying. Chairs in the rooms and banquettes in breakfast area need to be recovered, lots of cracks and wear on the fake leather fabric.
