The toilet overflowed multiple times, and housekeeping was not very helpful — they handed me a plunger in a plastic bag and said they were busy, leaving us to plunge the toilet ourselves while waiting for maintenance, who never arrived. I also requested gloves, a trash bag, and fresh towels so I could shower, and housekeeping seemed annoyed by my requests. Additionally, after paying the full cost through Expedia, the hotel required a $50 deposit hold at check-in, which I was told would be returned at checkout. That deposit still has not been returned, and the hotel claimed it was kept because I supposedly smoked in the room which I did not. Overall, while the staff were nice and the room was decent, these issues made my stay stressful and disappointing."
