"Es inaceptable que ya estando pagada la habitación en su totalidad, hagan al huésped ir obligatoriamente a las 3 p.m. a hacer el check in, siendo que se llamo confirmando que ya se encontraba en LOS CABOS pero estaba trabajando y que llegaría alrededor de las 6pm, y su proceso de facturación es muy lento."
