"The picture are not realistic,this hotel should be banned from expedia.I booked a deluxe room but was given another room under pretext that the previous guest is no where no be found and has not checked out.Finally after 8 long hour we got the room but to my dismay the mattress was smelly, door knob non existent.No mirror on wall broken office chair in the room fridge dont work,The problems are endless, such as mosqitoes in the room.I wish I could submit pictures here.I am asking for full refund...

"Basic hotel with basic facilities. Fridge, tv & some sockets did not work. Good shower with lots of pressure. They did not refresh the linnen of my bed during my 6 nights stay. Price is cheap & Praba is a great host at the lobby. For Indian standards its a good hotel. If you are used to European standards i guess an upgrade to a more luxurious hotel would be wise. Overall i was satisfied considering the very affordable price."

"The person at the reception was so hostile. He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com. He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted. Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. "

"CONFORT STAY"

"Ac suddenly working, about bed they just covered a foam with bedsheet, no calls answered, closed the hotel after midnight with no one to answer or open in middle, def not recommended "
