"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "
