"This property is beautifully renovated, nicely furnished and new appliances. It’s on a busy street but quiet building and totally quiet with balcony door closed. Easy walk to restaurants, beach, the old town. Public transportation 1/2 block away. The landlord is very nice! He helped us taking our luggage up the stairs. Had a box of candy welcoming us. I would give this property a 10 rating!"

"Amazing! A short walk from the bus station and a short bus ride into old town. The host (Ante) went above and beyond in welcoming us. The room was spotless and we had a gorgeous view of the sunset from our balcony. It was no issue checking in after a late flight. 10/10 me and my sister would definitely stay here again! "

"Great apartment for our stay in Dubrovnik. Three friends stayed here and the apartment was spacious so we all were comfortable. Air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area, as well as the bedroom with two single beds. Great view over the city. Perfect location for those who want to explore different parts of Dubrovnik. Transport available, but we like to walk. A 25 minute walk to the Old Town, 10 minute walk to the marina and 25 minutes to Lapad Beach and Promenade. Would definitely...

"The Owner Fleix was indeed a very kind and good man. Speaks English well and gives very good recommendation on surrounding. Very near to Plit Old Town, Bus 4 is 3 mins from Apartment. Laundromat & Supermarket is also nearby. Felix made the whole stay very "home coming" Will come back again"

"Perfect location! Not too far of a walk to the old town - can also get a bus into town but as a couple in our 20’s we didn’t mind the walk. Lovely and friendly host who gave recommendations and advice. Place was comfortable and clean - I’ve no photos but enjoy the photos of the view from the front porch "
