"Great location and that is only positive thing. Reception lady rude, room was awful. Dirty bed sheets, fan outside of window on building making loud noises all night. Shower dirty and overall really disappointed. Asked about breakfast she said no not this hotel but up road but couldn’t give me directions. Lovely location just wouldn’t stay at this hotel again as cleanliness not there."

"Great stay, enjoyed the location. Pool was nice and a shop in the reception area. Roberto was great at check in late at night. Very welcoming and helpful. Only criticism was the maids seemed to work in pairs and spent alot of time talking loudly every day in the rooms or on the balcony. The walls here seems to be hollow. "

While it’s a bit far from public transportation, the host was amazing—very communicative, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful with all our questions. "We had a great time at HSM Sa Coma and would highly recommend. We had plenty to do for our short trip and there are lots of activities within walking distance. The hotel was quiet when we stayed (early June), so it was helpful to unwind too. We enjoyed the food and drink options. Good options for vegetarians, but they could be further improved. Lots of hotel-based entertainment if you want more than to relax."
