"I would like to give a big thank you to Jess and another lady, we didn’t get her name. The 7-3, 3-11 shift. Jess and co-front desk agent were very helpful and gave a lot of great advice for sight seeing. Jess informed us on how to have a better experience at the zoo. Thank you for making our stay more organized and less stressful. The room was clean, the air conditioner work great, the fridge also worked+++. The shower head could use a good cleaning (hint). The toilet was loud but manageable with a closed door. We had 3 adults and 1 child. We could have used a few more towels and wash rags. I understand these items can be a big expense if they disappear. The breakfast was normal and great for a day starter meal. This location is right off the interstate and you can get anywhere from there. Getting into the parking lot was interesting. You’ll find that out yourself."
