"The V Grand in Ooty turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning, just like in the pictures. The room had every essential — a water purifier, hot water, and a kettle — and everything was spotless. The recliner was a nice touch, making the room even more comfortable. "There is no such hotel. It doesn't exist. Very difficult situation. The phone number on hotels.com goes to treebo reservation line. It's not hotel number. Walked around and asked people about the hotel. No-one knows such hotel. It doesn't exist. Asked hotels.com for refund"

"Rooms were not cleaned, even the bed sheets and linen were not changed. Bathroom was very dirty too with sides of sink broken. On top of this there was no water in the bathroom in the morning."
