"There was only one desk person, poor guy had a line and a phone ringing off the hook, not his fault that management doesn't staff well. He was cheerful and helpful in spite of his work situation.
The shower leaked, had no shelves for any toiletries and the room was dirty.
Also, what is with the heavy doors, every time people left rooms all down the hallway they slammed. You could also hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms. It worked for a quick emergency in a snow storm but won't...

"The staff seemed nice, but the shuttle was a complete mess, had to stand around in the cold at DIA for like 45 minutes at 11 PM and then get dropped off last and still get charged $7.50 for the privilege. They pretend like they know what the schedule is, but it's completely unpredictable and you just have to stand there until the shuttle feels like showing up. Next time, would just take an Uber and factor that into the price."

"This place is probably the best place in town during the week but Friday & Saturday the rates go sky high tonight I would have had to pay $113.00 after last night I' paid $67.00 so for a $113.00 I could have other choices that would include breakfast and latr check out at 12 noon bit yeah there great people they know what there doing for sure always with a smile 😃
