"Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Parking on the promenade was free and we had a space right outside the hotel and as it was pouring down it proved so useful. "Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so.
