"The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports.
The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed.
Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work.
While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms.
It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so...

Could do with a freshen up front painted again and a couple of other things
Ideal if you only need somwhere to crash out and sleep
I would stay again

"This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. Unmanned reception but codes for entry were sent in good time and it was self explanatory. Probably wouldnt stay for a long holiday (unless on a very...

"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...
