"Although upon arrival, we were quite put off by the exterior condition and appearance of this old Quality Inn, once in our room, most everything seemed updated and clean. "Facility was clean, staff was great. I had an issue with the hair dryer in my room not working, and a staff member went out of her way to find another one for me. I appreciated that!
The pool looked cloudy so I didn't swim so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, great stay."

"The AC didn’t work. I told the night guy and he tried to convince me that it was working. I said it would be OK until morning as it was going to be a cool night but hot the next day. He assured me something would be done by morning. The next morning the day guy had no idea about my situation. He did finally move us to another room. "Staff was wonderful but the lack of cleanliness really took away from our stay. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room, scrubbed the surfaces that were covered in a film and dust. I bought extra sheets and covered all the linens, they smelled and were horribly stained. If they get the housekeeping under control - this would be a great place. "
