"Great place to stay. Very comfortable room and AC. Staff are a gold standard 10/10. Near faultless. A little bit of rust from metal beams around the pool, but I assume it was structurally safe. And would be easier if pool towels were supplied by the pool, rather than in the room."

"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day.
I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone.
Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging.
