"Pros : Helpful staff. Water and cookies available to all in lobby. There’s a pool. There’s a shopping mall close.
Cons : The “family room” is minuscule. We were two and had just enough space for us and luggage. There is no way a 4 people family could fit in there with luggage. We booked a ride to Koh Phi Phi from the hotel, the driver was late and it took 3 tries to book it as the computer & app didn’t work."

"Stayed one night to prepare for the islands. The location is right beside the bus station, which is convenient from getting to/from Phuket airport. Cost was 100baht for the local bus to the airport versus the 500baht some of the rip off taxi's wanted. Other than the location being prime, the AC worked well, as did the shower. The bed was clean, but stiff. The room says non-smoking, but the room reeks of cigarette smoke because the worker constantly smokes right outside our room. The worst part...
