If you are going to be arriving late, make sure to notify the hotel through the app and they should send you an access code and instructions. We arrived a bit later than expected and the receptionist was just leaving, thankfully we caught her before she left and she was able to help us. "

"The hotel is in the middle of the old town, getting there by car on a Saturday lunchtime was a bit of an experience. Once at the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful, some do speak English if you do not speak French. Positives: first, the location of the hotel is amazing it's near the bus stop and a lot of restaurants and café and bars. 2nd, the bed is comfortable. 3rd the room is decorated very well and the colors and lighting are good.
