"I booked this hotel for my parents and they were very happy with their stay. They were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They were pleasantly overwhelmed by the variety of items at their breakfast buffet. They wanted to stay longer but had other places pre-booked. They would stay here again for future visits. "The check in is not convenient. We have to go to another location to check in. No WiFi. Upon check in, we found garbage on the top of the closet, and the bath towel has plenty of holes. The AC is not working. No extra blanket in the room. So we went to another location to ask for extra blankets and one clean tidy towel two times, they promised to send them over, no one came. No cups in the WC at all. No place for soap within the shower area. We stayed for two nights, very noisy, always woke up...

"The 402 Hotel is an unique place. The owner welcomes you with home slipper and a big smile and everything feels like home. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful colors, so has the living room, which is a little cozy corner of then house. The owner makes sure you are placed in the best spot, the kitchen and the bathroom are the most beautiful home/like rooms I have ever seen in a hostel!
