"Parking was free. No real pet areas, although it was a pet friendly hotel, with pets. Staying free. "I love the location and cleanliness of this hotel. The location is fabulous as well. For a cheaper parking option, park in the garage across the street. The staff were not always at the front desk and that was sometimes an issue when we needed help with something. Other than that, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The room was very clean. air conditioner worked great. Did have the smoke detector go off.The staff handled this.
Night desk agent was very rude as I arrived at 5am and simply asked if I could store my bags. He got angry and actually slammed the night window closed and left. He stated the hotel was full as there was another potential guest asking about rooms. Instead of letting me store my bags and then walk around Savannah. (I arrived on the Amtrak, and took an Uber to drop my bags at 5am. )...

"On a budget this will do. Bed was very good and soft. We were happy enough with breakfast buffet and pool. On the negative side—run down with construction needs everywhere, shower was rusty and looked like a horror scene. Would not stay again, even though everybody was nice. "The AC in our room was broken or super low quality. We stayed for 4 nights and set the AC to 68 to cool down the room faster (since it was at 80) and it never went below 72 the whole stay. It took 5 days to cool the room down 8 degrees.
