"While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way."

"Clean room barley ! Helpful staff ? Yeah right.
Breakfast included ? Some white bread , raisin bagels and frozen eggos that are left to unthaw . Juice machine that's always watered down . I booked my stay from June 8th-19th. The first night I was suppose to arrive after midnight . I had transportation issua was on my way there around 4am looked at my expedia and the hotel canceled the reservation kept my payment for the night. Ended up showing up the 9ths around 2pm to wait for check-in.

"The room was definitely not the same as the photos. We had a tub that look like it hasnt been scrubbed down in long time. The top of the shower wall was falling apart with mold spots. Alot of dust chunks around the ceiling, the entrance you get a wet dog with cigarette smell. When the a/c turns on a bad odor comes out. Just not what i expected when seeing the photos to what was in reality."

"I enjoyed my stay, my only comments would be to bring eye covers and ear plugs. The rooms are not sound proof - especially from hallway noise. And they do not have blackout curtains so light does comes thru - both street lights and early sunshine. I was there in June so it was particularity sunny. I sleep best in the dark. While the rooms are spacious, I think for the price they could offer full size water to guests, not the tiny ones.
Location is fabulous and the bar/restaraunt are as well."

"We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Eagan for 9 days this June for our daughter’s wedding, and this was our second stay here. We booked three rooms as well as the meeting room for a pre‑wedding event. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.The staff truly made our stay exceptional, Michael, Momin, and Sam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even the general manager, Pravesh, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.It genuinely felt like a second home...
