"When I booked this property originally, I clearly requested room on GROUND FLOOR and NO STAIRS. Normally requests are not guaranteed, yet this hotel proceeded with confirmation of my reservation. Upon check in, I was advised that Monarch Hotel does NOT have rooms on the GROUND FLOOR, has NO ELEVATORS, and I would have to climb 30 plus stairs to reach my assigned room. Why was my reservation confirmed? Why wouldn't the property notify me in advance of the above details? Additionally, the photo...
