"Sorry, but the service was really poor. I found it very disappointing that you couldn't call me a taxi. Even the staff checked with the Manager and they refused to do so. Is this how a good hotel operates? Thanks to having to walk up the road (with luggage), I hailed a cab myself but regrettably missed my flight."

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "
