"Do not let the exterior fool you. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are relatively spacious compared to other European hotel rooms, you have a private bath, there's no a/c but the windows open and there's a fan. The breakfast buffet was minimalist, but there is a communal kitchen to which you have access 24/7. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is located a block from a grocery store and less than a mile from Gamla Stan. The hostess is incredibly friendly. I cannot say enough good things...

"Found svanen no problem, beautiful area, 10 minute walk to centre, great value hotel. Couldn't find any faults. Strongly recommend this hotel, I will definitely stay here again. Fantastic value which includes quality breakfast. "

"Villa Ingrid er et fint hotel/B&B, hvor stemning og service er særligt værd at fremhæve. Vi boede i lejlighed med eget køkken og egen indgang, og det føltes meget hjemligt. Borgholm giver let adgang til restauranter og butikker. Naturoplevelser er lidt længere væk, til gengæld var Borgholm Slot en overraskende god oplevelse for hele familien. Ville bo på Villa Ingrid igen, hvis vi kom forbi Öland."

"En camping med härlig utomhusmiljö men stugan skulle behöva lite kärlek och renovering. Väldigt sliten, glödlampor saknades, kylen var dåligt. Golvet och "kök" rent och snyggt men ingen hade städat annat på länge. Väggar skitiga, spindelväv i hörnen och kylen full av is. Sängarna hade bra madrasser men hårda. Ingrn trevlig miljö att sitta i utangör stugan, dammande grusväg."

"En liten och enkel stuga precis som beskrivningen. Vi fick jaga bort ett par spindlar men det hör ju campinglivet till. Fint servicehus och bra service. Vore bra om man kunde boka till frukost. "
