"Great value and very convenient to many of the sights and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price included a full, unlimited English breakfast which made for a great deal. We found the location (except for the current construction project immediately in front of the hotel)) super convenient for walking to all the restaurants, shops and marketplaces. Overall, a good choice for us. "

"Such a good spot to stay and close to the city. Staff are all lovely. The place was spotless. Good facilities. However when we went into the communal space with the pool table and stuff. There was some people in there drinking which is fair enough. But I’ve never been chased out of a room so fast by the looks we were given as if we were invading their space. Other then that pretty happy with our stay"

"Fabulous location. Was a bit dubious at first as it is located in the student halls of the university but as soon as we opened the door to the room we were very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Great for close proximity to all the sights and in the evening the nightlife of Cork is just a 4 minute walk away. Would definitely come back as there are still some unfinished sights and sounds to be had. "

"Hotel was conveniently located and easy to find with the directions from the hotel. There is not an elevator, which we knew about from the other reviews. "

"Room was clean and comfotable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast which was included in the price was the best I've ever had in Ireland."

"Close to centre of cork and car park was discounted after following the guidelines. Some renovation needed but clean and comfortable. It's in the centre so quite noisy at night and early morning as buses and refuse collectors go about their lives. "

"What an absolute joyous experience! Colleen met us upon arrival and showed us around their wonderful place! It felt a bit like the Shire, really! Comfy little abodes and unusual structures. The yurt we stayed in was lovely and large. With wood heat we stayed very warm even on frosty nights! We had a camp fire and nice kitchen facilities. But the best part was all the critters!! There is a pig and ponies and a duck. My kids particularly enjoyed the kitty, "Tiger" who spent our nights snuggled...

"Peter was an excellent host, and the views from the harbor-facing rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time in Cobh. Thoroughly recommend the coffee shop near Supervalu in the middle of town."

"The room was simple, but had everything: a double bed, wardrobe, desk, a chair, severla outlets to use, heating and even a mirror on the wall. The condition of the room was excellent, heating works very well, and the reception staff were very helpful and responsive. The appartements come with a kitchen (shared), with plenty of fridge space, tea and coffee and a big table."

"Casual and private. Perfect walking distance to downtown Kinsale. Very enjoyable backyard deck for hanging out in peace and quiet and for bringing a tasty dinner back to enjoy with travelling friends. Soft coloured purple doors a bonus, on a personal note."
