"The building is old, and the elevator is also old and small. Both outside and inside look old, but the rooms are very clean and new. The shower works well, and the air conditioner is good. The place is in a quiet area with a park in front. It is a little far from the train station, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the tourist area. But it is a nice place if you want a quiet night."

"The staff here were amazing. Sonja was so helpful with information for my first time in Florence. The location could not be better -- immediately out the front door (and out one of the windows of the room) is the Duomo! The air condition was a life saver too, for the time of year I visited. This was exactly the type of lodging I needed for my first time in Italy."

"What a cute hotel just outside of the Florence city center. The staff is personable and so attentive. They genuinely want to help you have a wonderful stay.
