"I must be honest, I am very disappointed. For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking. 20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the...

"Lovely spacious tent, with everything provided that was needed. I highly recommend."

"This is our fourth time staying here. Whenever we are visiting relatives in the area we always try and book here. It is such a lovely location and the rooms are beautifully furnished and the facilities are spot on."

"It’s a beautiful tranquil place very quiet excellent views hot tub was great cabin could do with a couple of nice comfy lounges outside all in all love the experience would recommend people to go there"

"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. But overall, the property is great for...

"Matthew & Natalia brilliant hosts place was great beautiful grounds view is Amazing walks around Rutland waters it is a great place to get away from everything and relax "

"We had a lovely break in the Townhouse It was very convenient for sightseeing and very clean and well appointed. The only criticism would be that the property is let for 6 people (although there were 4 in our group) but there was only comfortable seating for 3 in the lounge."

"This was not what we expected. The description said there was a bathroom - there wasn’t. It said there were three rooms it was only two the heating was inadequate. There was no instructions for cooker which was set too low. "
