"This hotel is in a great location. I was here in late January so prices were good. Had a slight view of the Empire State Building. If you like to get your steps in you can walk to things like Times Square, Empire State Building, Flatiron building, Radio City Music Hall, and more. Of course the Subway is amazing and always close by.
The room is small - I was thankful to be solo on this trip - but fine. Continental breakfast is a muffin/bagel and juice.
It's certainly budget, but didn't have any...

"For we older folks - the toilets are very low.
Had to turn fridge to 7 to get it cold. Had an odor.
High pressure water in shower, but no hand held.
There is no pool at this location.
Kitchen is rather small for such a large hotel. We took our breakfasts back to our room.
The did change breakfast selections out each day.
Only 2 elevators, small but they are very fast. There is 20 floors so you will make a lot of stops during busy times.
They only have 1 bell hop cart in a hotel with 20 floors....

"My say was extremely pleasant especially dealing with owner Asaraf. He was extremely professional and compassion and takes the customer service to a whole nother level. He takes pride and ensuring his guests receive the best c/s accommodations.
Rooms are extremely clean so much that you can even eat off the floor. Very quiet peaceful night. Made me feel as if I was walking home after a long journey. Only if we regret that I have is that I did not find him sooner. I will definitely...
