"I stayed in both the regular and the budget Ibis in Le Puy en Velay. Both were great. For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino."

"WARNING! This hotel did not honor the hotels.com price. We were charged extra for breakfast even though the hotel explicitly listed free breakfast as an included item. Also, there was no free parking even though the hotel listed this as an included item; we had to park on the street. The hotel manager was very rude to us and quite upset my wife. Even though I speak french and tried to explain what our hotels.com reservation said, the owner persisted to be rude and told us he didn't care. ...

"Chambre réservée à 20 h. Arrivée de nuit à 23 h. N'étant pas arrivé à 21 h et n'ayant pas pu avertir l'hôtel pour récupérer la clé, le proprio nous a téléphoné pour nous indiquer comment procéder. Hôtel silencieux, rien à dire. Petit déjeuner très correct et proprio très sympa..."
